About Us

Cristian Monsalve grew up surrounded by the values of hard work, family, and dedication to service. From a young age, Cristian would accompany his father, Hector, to job sites, learning the ins and outs of the hospitality cleaning industry. He quickly took an interest in the work, making sure the carpet cleaning machines had the right amount of chemicals and water, and supporting the crew to ensure every job was done right.

Over the years, Cristian’s role in the family business grew. After graduating from St. Pius High School, he began his studies at the University of New Mexico while continuing to work part-time, especially helping manage the Embassy Hotel located near campus. His commitment and reliability made him an essential part of the team.

In 2024, when the opportunity arose for the family to expand operations into Arizona, Cristian didn’t hesitate. He stepped up to become the Operations Manager for Renue New Mexico, taking full responsibility for managing the team and operations across the state. His leadership has allowed the company to grow confidently while maintaining the high standards that define the Renue brand.

Cristian is engaged to Briana Salcido, a proud homeowner, and continues to build a bright future rooted in hard work, family values, and a passion for the business.
